Refund policy

At the International Accreditation Center of the United States (IACUS), we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and globally compliant refund process. By purchasing any of our accreditation, certification, or certificate services, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms.


1. Service Delivery

  • Upon successful payment and submission of your application, IACUS begins the review and verification process.
  • Certificates and accreditations are delivered digitally in PDF format, stamped, signed, and verifiable via QR code and online link.
  • Delivery time is up to seven (7) business days after your application is successfully verified.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Your certificate, accreditation, or ISO/EN certification has already been issued or delivered.
  • The service has been fully customized and completed based on your organization’s information.
  • You request a cancellation after the certificate or accreditation has been generated and shared.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

  • Your application is officially denied by IACUS, and
  • The certificate, accreditation, or certification has not been issued or delivered.

In case of denial, IACUS guarantees a 100% refund of the amount paid.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us through the official Contact & Help page on iacus.org or via email.
  • Your request must include your order number, registered email address, and a short explanation of your refund reason.
  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing times may vary by payment provider).

5. Important Notes

  • All refund requests are subject to verification against this policy.
  • IACUS reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with these conditions.
  • By purchasing any service from IACUS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
